Cancellation Right

Consumers may revoke their contractual statement within two weeks in text form without stating reasons (e.g. letter, email) or – if you receive the object before the end of the period – by return of the object. The period shall commence after receipt of this policy in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before compliance with our obligation to inform pursuant to section 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligation pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 German Civil Code in connection with 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the revocation period, timely dispatch of the revocation or object shall be sufficient.

Consequences of Revocation

In case of effective revocation, the performance received by either side shall be returned and any use made of them (e.g. interest) shall be released. If you cannot return the service received to us wholly or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you may be liable to compensate for the value lost. Where objects are left to you, this shall not apply where deterioration of the object is only due to inspection – as would have been possible in a shop. Otherwise, you may avoid obligation to compensate for lost value due to deterioration of the object from intended use by not taking the object into use as your property and by not doing anything that would impair its value. Objects that can be shipped in parcels shall be sent back at our risk. You shall assume the costs for the return if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and the price for the object to be returned does not exceed 40 Euros of if you have not yet paid compensation or any contractually agreed instalment if the object has a higher price. Otherwise, return shall be free of charge for you. Objects that cannot be shipped in parcels will be collected at your site. Obligations for refund of payments must be complied with within 30 days. The period shall commence with dispatch of your cancellation statement or the object for you, with receipt of the same for us.
